Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a holistic luxury intelligence strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
- Infuse intelligence into brand strategies and operational frameworks to elevate our luxury offerings.
- Spearhead market research endeavors to uncover trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights.
- Keep a pulse on market dynamics and pinpoint avenues for innovation in the luxury hospitality domain.
- Work in tandem with the Vice President of Luxury Strategy to facilitate strategic planning and recommend performance metrics.
- Transform customer feedback into actionable insights, enhancing product, service, and overall guest experience.
- Serve as a catalyst for change, effectively communicating with senior leadership and offering strategic recommendations.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of luxury initiatives.
- Oversee sophisticated measurement frameworks and advanced customer behavior analyses to guide marketing, communication, sales, and brand strategies.
- Manage projects and priorities to ensure timely and accurate outcomes.
- Lead the discipline team, promoting a vision for product and service delivery and nurturing a culture of teamwork and accountability.
